The honey processed Java exhibits flavours of honey, a buttercream body, hazelnut and subtle berry qualities cooling to a lime-like acidity. We feel this coffee will be best served as an espresso offering.

The Klasik Cooperative is made up of thousands of members in West Java, focusing on and rewarding for sustainable growing practises. This microlot was proudly produced with great attention to detail as both a natural and a honey processed coffee.
This coffee is dried on sheltered raised beds to achieve an even and consistent cup regardless of weather conditions. The producers have an interesting practice of playing soothing music to rest the coffee during its processing, before hand sorting for quality.
