The Di Bella Coffee 2018 Reserve is a blend of coffee from the bio dynamic Camocim Estate in Brazil and the Shyira Washing Station in Rwanda. We choose these coffees because long term sustainable farming and creating opportunities for farming community is at the heart of our business philosophy.

Blend Description

Body: Full & elevated
Acidity: Mild & rounded
Aroma: Nutty & sweet, brown sugar
Flavours: Lemon meringue pie, roasted peanuts & dried dates with caramel sweetness.

 

Camocim Estate - Brazil

The highlight of this bio dynamically cultivated coffee is its exquisite body & depth

  • Varietal: Iapar 59 (red varietal)
  • Process: Natural, Raised Bed
  • Elevation: 1075 masl
  • Body: Elevated, Full
  • Aroma: Nutty, Sweet
  • Acidity: Low, Mild
  • Flavour Descriptors: Caramel, Plum, Roasted Nut

The well-known bio dynamic Camocim Estate is located in Pedra Azul, Estado de Espírito Santo, Brasil. The owner, Henrique is a world famous Cup of Excellence winner and passionate advocate for sustainable farming.

 

Shyira Washing Station - Rwanda

The highlight for this high grown coffee is it’s off the charts clarity and sweetness

  • Varietal: Red Bourbon (red varietal)
  • Process: Washed, 12 Hour Fermentation
  • Elevation: 2000 masl
  • Body: Clean, Medium
  • Aroma: Pronounced Sweetness, Brown Sugar
  • Acidity: Rounded
  • Flavour Descriptors: Sweet Lemon & Brown Sugar sweetness
Estate:

This is a brand new station built by Muraho Trading. The station itself is situated at 2000 MASL and collects coffee cherries from producers in the surrounding area between 2000 and 2400 MASL. This is the highest grown coffee we know of in Rwanda.
