We'd like to share with you a bit more about our team members and why they love the work they do. In this blog, we meet Jamie W who recently started working as a Customer Care rep in our Brisbane head office.
What is your favourite coffee and why?
Piccolo – perfect strength for me without being too milk based.
What has surprised you most about working for Di Bella Coffee?
I don’t know if “surprised” is the right term, but it’s been refreshing to see such a strong commitment to provided great service throughout departments. And everyone’s smiling face is always great too.
What do you find the most challenging aspect about your role?
Being new to the coffee industry with so much to learn – I would say it’s challenging yes, but new challenges are exciting and very refreshing.
What makes you proud to work at Di Bella Coffee?
To be a part of a team and a company as a whole that is dedicated and takes pride in the service and products they provide as well as themselves.
How would your best friend describe you?
Most probably loud. Always up for a laugh and always there when needed.
How do you define success and how do you measure it?
I see success as having a full and happy life. For me that means a beautiful family, which I have a great amount of back home in New Zealand. Being surrounded by amazing friends and people, and the ability to enjoy simple moments
What are 3 things you can't live without?
Family. Friends. Good music!
What's an interesting fact about you that most people probably don't know?
Not sure how interesting this is, but when I was born I had violet coloured eyes!
