In this session we want to help deepen your love of coffee in a relaxed, highly informative and hands on class.
We cover the coffee growing process from cultivation and harvesting through to extraction and everything else in between!
In this course there is a strong focus on single origins and the characteristics each region contributes to a coffee blends overall flavour. You will also identify the key variables that affect the taste of your coffee, and learn to understand how these variables will affect the result in the cup.
This course concludes with hands on training with an espresso machine to practice what you have learnt. This course includes a complimentary Crop to Cup training manual and 250g of one of our signature blends.
